Due to new State Regulations, Masks are now required to be worn at all times while visiting our store. We will do our best to provide some kind of protection, but please bring one with you.

About us

Hello Everyone,

SoCo Board Shop has been open to the public since July 2017. We partnered with skateboard vendors and local skateboard brands to bring a local hub for skateboarders and customers alike.

Established in 2015, SoCo Board Shop started with one goal in mind. Gathering the skateboarding community and providing a comfortable environment for everyone in the Southern Colorado area. We strive on carrying local, upcoming, and mainstream brands at our skate shop. From a custom cruiser to a street trick skateboard we can build a board that fits just for you.

We normally have an annual skate competition, but Covid got in the way so we are having a TEAM VIDEO SKATE CONTEST where a group of 2-4 people can enter either in Beginner or Experienced.

Check our most recent post for more details, but here are our rules:

1: Gather 2-4 people for a skate team
(Come up with a creative name)

2: Skate and gather footage (Skatepark okay, Street clips are Prestige)

3: Contact us with Team name and Riders (So we may properly judge it)

4: 1-2 Min Video EDIT
(Use any software, get creative, have fun, avoid low quality transfers.)

5: Upload clips onto Instagram (IGTV) or Youtube. Use Hashtag #socovideo2020 and make SURE to TAG US @socoboardshop or we may not see it.

6:Footage must be from this summer
and locally living in the Southern Colorado region.

Example: Trinidad, La Junta, Lamar, CO Springs, Pueblo, Etc.

7:Skateboarding tricks will be judged by Ryan Spence, Chris Guadron, and two outside perspectives from our skateboarding network group.

8: We won't look at any edits prior to Sept 30th so please make sure to follow Rule 5 and TAG US and USE HASTAG
